Advanced Full Body HIIT: How to Challenge Yourself in 20 Minutes

If you're a busy professional looking to push your limits, this advanced full-body HIIT workout is designed just for you. In just 20 minutes, you’ll elevate your heart rate, build strength, and burn calories without needing a gym. Get ready to challenge yourself!

Warm-Up (5 minutes)

Before diving in, it’s crucial to prepare your body. Perform each exercise for 30 seconds with minimal rest.

  1. High Knees

    • Drive your knees toward your chest as high as possible.
  2. Arm Circles

    • Extend your arms to the sides and make small circles, gradually increasing the size.
  3. Lateral Lunges

    • Step to the side, bending one knee while keeping the other leg straight. Alternate sides.
  4. Butt Kickers

    • Jog in place while kicking your heels toward your glutes.

Cool-Down (3-5 minutes)

After your workout, take time to cool down with these stretches:

    • Stand tall, then hinge at your hips, reaching for your toes.
  3. Figure Four Stretch (1 minute per leg)

    • Cross one ankle over the opposite knee and gently pull your thigh toward you.
