Struggling to fit effective workouts into your busy schedule? You’re not alone. Many professionals face the challenge of finding time to hit the gym while wanting to maximize their fitness results. The good news? You can design a 45-minute full body workout that targets every major muscle group right from the comfort of your home, without any fancy equipment.

  • Difficulty Level: Intermediate

    • Form Cue: Keep your arms straight and make small circles, gradually increasing the size.
  2. High Knees

    • Form Cue: Drive your knees up to hip height, pumping your arms for momentum.
  3. Bodyweight Squats

    • Duration: 30 seconds
    • Form Cue: Keep your chest up and push your hips back as if sitting in a chair.
  4. Torso Twists

    • Duration: 30 seconds
    • Form Cue: Stand tall and rotate your torso side to side, keeping your hips facing forward.
  5. Lateral Lunges

    • Duration: 30 seconds
    • Form Cue: Step out to the side and bend the knee while keeping the opposite leg straight.

Repeat the circuit until you reach 5 minutes.
